Miami’s status as a major investment hub will be strengthened by the construction of a new World Trade Center, plans for which have been submitted by ITC Center Miami, LLC and BH Downtown Miami, LLC.

The World Trade Center of The Americas, which will be located at the Port of Miami, on the current site of a Holiday Inn, which will be demolished if the project goes ahead. If it is built, the new building is predicted to generated billions of dollars of international sales and create thousands of jobs.

The proposed skyscraper will be 935 feet tall and feature 77 stories. It will include around 400 residential units along with 100 hotel rooms and eight floors of commercial space.
